Easy to use and follow, with succinct information. I liked how the videos were short, but helpful. You could watch them if you needed further clarification. The only suggestion is the ability to review any questions missed on the exam. I wanted to know the correct answers.

Very poor communication. Took the course a month ago but never received a card. I emailed multiple times with the response someone would get back to me which no one did. I finally paid and did the course again. So basically I paid and took course twice, passing both times, and finally got a card.
