This is my 4th time renewing my CPR, First Aid, and AID certificate since 2019. The test offers in depth reviewing materials and the test is 12 questions. Two years ago I had an issue with not receiving my free wallet card and customer service handled the situation conveniently and quickly without any hassle. Highly recommend them!!
