The fee was supposed to be $12.95 but when I used my save 10 code, which should have saved me 10$ the fee then jumped to $18.95 giving me an actual credit of only $1.89. When I tried to check out -the system would not initially allow me to use my credit card but only paypal by creating a paypal account. I do not have/want a paypal acct. . Because I would not create an acct I was kicked back into paying by credit card. Two stars are for the ease of taking the course however was displeased with the manner in which payment was required.
