First, I want to say that this was such an amazing course! I have been recertified several times because of different professions but this one was my favorite and it was surprising because it was virtual! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there is a little room for improvement (in my opinion) that would make this even more enjoyable. I think adding videos with voiceovers or people actually talking you through it would make it a lot better and effective for people learning this for the first time. The short videos included were helpful but were silent and so short. Another thing I think would make this better is if you showed some more examples to make it clear to the readers. For example, when they said to do CPR to "stayin' alive", you can include a video of an instructor playing the song and showing someone to follow along. Lastly, my main suggestion is to add audio to the text. I think it is the best suggestion because this way the person isn't staring at a white screen with black text for too long and can follow along a lot easier because they're hearing and seeing it. Some people get bored and do not pay attention and/or do not retain the information. As stated before, I've had to take this course a handful of times and if this was the first time learning CPR, I am not sure how great a rescuer would be if this is the only thing they were given.
