Easy way to renew certification but would not recommend this course if one hasn't already taken a hands-on/in-person CPR course.

One question whether to call EMS before CPR or after 2 minutes of CPR. According to the course material, I would make a different decision based on whether I observed the collapse or discovered someone already collapsed. I got the question right, but must point out it was a mistake in the exam not to say whether the person was discovered unconscious, or not.

Myself and my Daughter took these courses and she got both of her cards the CPR and the first aide cards. I still haven’t gotten either one of my CPR and First Aide cards and we took the course at the same time they took the money tho out of my account and I passed both courses but still didn’t receive my cards
