I hate writing bad reviews. I feel bad, but forcing myself to do so. Although extremely convenient, and inexpensive, I do not think this is sufficient training for CPR/First Aid, especially for people new to being certified. Clearer, more detailed explanations needed. More video demonstrations with narration explaining the video also needed. There are typos/spelling errors. Perhaps a longer exam at the end, and the inability to skip straight to the exam. I appreciate the convenience and cost, but if this was my first time being certified, I would not feel confident in my CPR/First Aid knowledge. This is a refresher for me after almost 15 years of being certified and I was confused by several explanations.
