Quick and easy. I think if you have already taken a CPR class to learn hands on this is a perfect way to get your certification renewed. If you haven't had hands on training I think its extremely beneficial. While this did have all the information you need to know hands on helps you for a if it ever happens in real life. Reading and doing is very differnt. But it was still a wealth of knowledge and I think it teaches everything you need to know.
