This was my second year using this , My renewal date on my BLS certificate . The expired date you can't read it . Looks like I myself tried to change the expired date. They need to resend my certificate with the expired date, We're it's easy to see.

Had a little trouble at the end paying....made me add the extra card before letting me pay. I was able to take it off before paying, but would not let me get to pay unless I added extra card.
