I received an email stating that my purchase had been shipped on 2/10/25. I'm writing a review on 2/19/25; having not received my purchase. Interestingly, this is the second occurrence of not receiving my wallet card; as I never received my 2023 card. Why is this so difficult? Obviously, not satisfied.
