Very easy to use; but, you have an incorrect answer. One DOES NOT start CPR on an unconscious patient until after one has evaluated the presence or absence of a pulse. There are many conditions that could be the cause of an unconscious unresponsive patient including; drug overdose, diabetic crisis (coma), simply fainting, head injury etc. loss of consciousness is NOT a reason to start CPR. The patient MUST BE PULSLESS
