I have thought about one section: Amputations. The steps say to perform CPR, then apply direct pressure. Performing CPR will cause blood to squirt from the injury site if performing CPR. Apply a hasty tourniquet and/or apply a knee to the arterial area (arm, inguinal region, etc), then do high-quality CPR.
