The exam was relatively easy, and I wonder if it should be longer and more challenging. Of course, physical training is ideal. In the past, certification required an in-person course. Thank you very much for this service! For myself, it inspires me to want to learn more, and to be hands on so I can feel more confident if/when surprises emergencies occur.

There was a lot of information that was a good summary in the course, but the exam was underwhelming. I took a full CPR and first aid course in college and they required a lot more mastery of the knowledge such as details for each age patient and more question about the CPR and AED administration. I expected the online exam here would have more of that information to check that people at least read those parts. We're being required to do this for employment reasons in a high risk activity. It feels like more should be expected for this certification to count.
