I think it is wonderful that I can renew online but honestly those 10 questions were not the most important questions that one should ask. In fact, one of 2 questions that I got incorrect did not specify if the incident was observed or not. That makes a difference whether you call 911 first or perform CPR for 2 min then 911.....
