Absolutely awful. i can't believe this is what passes for CPR education. It was more a random conglomeration of thoughts rather than a nicely organized program. This course is for laypeople to learn the basics of life saving, but you randomly throw in terms that only healthcare professionals would know (i'm supposed to be aware of myocardial infarction?!?) You used acronyms that nobody would know, there are many typos and grammar issues, and the test was a joke. The program specifically said starting CPR immediately is the most important thing and more important than calling 911 in certain circumstances, but then a test question declared unequivocally to call 911 before starting CPR. The program was inconsistent, contradictory, and unprofessional.
