This course was poorly formatted and seemed like it was constructed by an AI or a human with 2 hours of sleep.it was difficult to tell one section within a tab from another, there were many moments where I had to double check what I was reading about because the transitions between sections were so unclear. The course references the universal precautions several time without ever defining them, and there was at least one made up word; "in-removable". I am getting this certification to support my career, and had I not been linked this website from my career advisor, I would have thought this was a scam website based on how low quality the readings were. That being said, the videos were informative and the course was quick and very easy, which is what I wanted, so 2 stars
