Please review your curriculum and test questions. The study material was hard to follow, the summaries were more detailed than the study section and the last question should either have two correct answers or a clarifying statement withing the question. The question was this: when to call EMS, before or after 2 min of CPR for an adolescentor adult? The answers included, right away, or after 2 minutes of CPR. The clarifying statement would be wither or not you watched the person collapse. That detail determines which of those answers is correct. Because the statement is not included, both answers should be considered correct. I'm getting recertified, so reading theough your materials was to brush up on terminology, but the only reason I had any idea what was going on was because of past training and stumbling upon your "summaries". Please consider reconfigure your layout so people without past knowledge can more easily understand. Having the option to have an AI read it around would also be very helpful, some people learn better hearing then reading, but this information is so vital that all should be able to learn it the way they do best. And only 10 questions to get certified seem a bit slim, any other certification I've gotten had a far more thorough evaluation. Thank you for the certification though!
