Question 3 askes If a patient is experiencing a Hemorrhage, you should: 1) Check Universal Precautions 2) Perform CPR 3) Wrap Hemorrhage 4) All the Above. I put 3) Wrap Hemorrhage and it was marked wrong. The correct answer according to you is 4) All of the Above. I do not think this is correct.
