Very unprofessional grammar/spelling errors, mostly a lack of commas where they are needed. It just makes the entire training feel sloppy and poorly written. It's not that difficult to have someone look over the training to ensure that it is orderly, clear, and the very least, reflective of the company's dedication to professionalism. This looks like a rough draft that was given the green light too soon. It is almost disrespectful to allow your entire service to be presented in such a way. I can't tell if this training was written by someone who flunked English class in high school or someone whose first language isn't even English. This needs proof-reading before being made available to customers if you want your company to be reputable and respected. If my employer has me go through this same training again in 2 years, I hope to see some edits made at that time.
