The hands?on practice made the skills easy to understand, and the instructor explained each step clearly. I feel more confident responding to emergencies after completing this training. Overall, a valuable and effective course. --- Option 2 — Simple & Straightforward Great course. Clear instructions, good demonstrations, and useful real?life examples. The one?day format was fast but still covered everything important. I feel more prepared to handle first aid situations. --- Option 3 — Detailed & Constructive The 1?day First Aid course was engaging and practical. I appreciated the balance between theory and hands?on practice. The instructor encouraged questions and made the material easy to follow. My only suggestion would be to allow a bit more time for CPR practice. Lots of grammar mistakes and typos, which makes it look unprofessional. Some out-dated and/or conflicting info. Uses terms without explaining them. e.g. universal precautions, pronator drift, stoma, etc.
