The information for the course is good, some unclear medical terms and abbreviations could be better explained, however these were easy enough to look up on a Google search if unsure. the images and video demonstrations were clear and very useful. It could be helpful to answer a few questions based on the section being covered, e.g, CPR as a section, First Aid topics as their own sections, but this is just a suggestion. The questions were understandable. I felt this was a good refresher on past training, thank you very much.

Good information, easy to understand! Covered the very basics. This is the first time I have taken an online BLS class, which was a great way to refresh what I have learned in hands-on classes. For anyone taking a BLS class for the first time I will always recommend an in-person, hands-on class.
