the question on the exam asking whether you should enact EMS before starting CPR is misleading. It needs to specify whether the person has lost consciousness in front of you or whether you found them like that. If you found them you would start immediately before contacting EMS. The lack of specification is very misleading especial for nero-spicy test takers who need clear straight forward questions. If the goal is to make sure the test taker understand the steps to take then the questions need to be clear so we can provide the knowlege. thanks
