I was renewing my CPR/ first aid certification, and I preferred something I could do quickly. This was perfect. Perhaps not as in-depth as the original class I took -- maybe could benefit from a few more instructional videos for those whom are not brushing up on their skills. That said, for my purposes, the instruction was clear, concise, and easy to grasp for a review course.
