Although, I think this survey should be sent to Candidates who utilize this convenient tool to certify ourselves once certificate has been received. I will say this is super helpful and it saves us time. I really enjoyed the Training. Took notes, read every tab online and this helped tremendously. I recommend this course. It would be nice if it could be read to us so that we can be doing things instead of focused on reading, Or videos to watch. I don’t understand why I can’t hear the clips either. Last year same thing happened.
