This training read like it was drafted by AI, and never reviewed by a native English speaker. It included jargon, which required me to have another window open to google/look up definitions. The videos provided did not include audio, which diminished their value. In a few cases, the treatments provided contradictory instructions. I would not recommend this training to anyone.
