You are incorrect about something. You DO NOT perform CPR on an unconscious or unresponsive person. You only perform CPR on someone who is not breathing without a pulse. What if they are in a diabetic coma? Non responsive and unconscious. What would your cpr do to THAT person? You are the experts. FIX your training.
