I received a renewal email, but the link led to an empty cart. I contacted the company through their website and did not receive a response within the stated timeframe. As a result, I had to purchase a new certification instead of renewing my existing one, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I am currently waiting for resolution and the application of the 10% discount mentioned in their communication. I hope they can improve their response time and ensure their renewal system works properly.

Fast and easy, with comprehensive information overall for a quickie course. Having taken and taught numerous HCP CPR courses in the past, this was a basic review. I believe the test should have more questions about CPR, less about first aid. The question about PPE is written very poorly, making it difficult to understand. Please edit that and parts of the actual course. Please fix grammar errors and misspellings in your course! I would gladly do this for you.
