Easy and quick for a checkmark; especially the test. However, knowledge wise I would choose a different path. I might be a little picky because I had completed First Aid and CPR/AED courses as a lifeguard before and they were much more challenging and knowledgeable. But this will work as a checkmark for a re-certification.
