This certification is a joke. The phrasing of the questions heavily suggests what the answer is, and can be easily passed without going through any of the training". I legitimately feel less safe and think it is a disservice to the public to rely on this "course" to "certify" people to help others. Your business model would benefit if the test would need to be repeated every year. Clearly a cash grab, but it could be justified in helping professionals to remember that a defibrillator is not to be used for a bee sting (question 3).Thankfully my coworkers and I have been able to seek better training on our own each time recertification is needed. Unfortunately this is the preferred method for our employer. More unfortunate still is that less than 100% of those completing this "course" take this additional, and very necessary step.
