The training contradicted itself in a few places. The training videos all showed very different tempos. And there was no physical demo test. Not sure how this is a valid re-cert. in fact, I opted to do a real one because this one was so bad.

I thought it was a lot of information (however ) the information was too much to handle so i picked out the most important parts, like number, heart rate and the most important parts, how may beats per minute ect.
