Two questions were extremely vague. Not all head injuries require ER visits. Depending on the severity of it, such as bumping your head on a door frame, is not that serious versus getting hit in the head with a shot put. there needs to be better clarification. Also if someone is unconscious and nonresponsive, that doesnt mean they do not have a pulse and are not breathing. If they are PNB then CPR, if they are knocked unconscious and do not respond to you, but have a puls and are breathing you would not perform CPR.
