There was an extensive amount of unprofessional grammar mistakes and a lot of the content seemed to be more for healthcare providers than the average person. I didn't understand a large portion of the content and had to do further research on most of it. I also don't think there were enough visuals or long enough videos to clearly demonstrate how to respond to each situation.
