The certification process was easy, but I had to do this twice in one year because I never received the wallet card in the mail. And after a while it’s impossible to download the certificate again. It’s frustrating to not get what you are told when you pay for the service.

Excellent option to renew my credentials without hands on requirements to complete. When one is or has been an active healthcare worker for decades and cpr is day to day fact of working conditions, it's a challenge and even an insult to our profession to renew an arbitrary monetized certification to be able to work in the healthcare field. Updated information is always appreciated, as was covered in this course, but redundant material that is your life's work is abusively unnecessary but typical of every State setting arbitrary rules for nurses who are required to successfully complete the National Boards certification. Standards should be nationwide. This course is spot on accurate and professional.
