The dam site would not populate so I could complete the order. Random instructions stated “ choose a certificate” which I had done REPEATEDLY. I could not put in my name to appear on the certificate at least 5 times for that. Then it stated my cart was empty when trying to pay. Bloody annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!
