Good information but I’m going to follow up with a hands on CPR/first aid class. I’m a visual/tactile learner and in order for me to be confident in my abilities to help others I need to physically practice it. Also, it would be nice if the material was provided audibly for folks who experience learning disabilities such as dyslexia.
