I take exception to some of the exam questions. For example: when engaged in CPR, you continue until instructed tio stop by EMS; not upon their arrival. AED is NOT reccomended for infants unless a special AED with an atenuater for infants and appropriate pads. Also, just because a person is unconcious and unresponsive does not mean it's cardiac arrest. That's why we check for a pulse and respirations. It could be other situations such as trauma, hypoglycemia, or drug overdose. Just my feedback as a nurse of 21 years for what it's worth.
