I considered the question that was counted wrong, but, I understood the question to ask if the head injury was caused by a concussion, not a concussion caused by the by/after the head injury.

The information says to do 2 breaths for 1 sec each and perform CPR for 2 minutes then call 9-1-1. Test says call EMS first, so that was a little confusing.
