A couple typos ("of" instead of "off"). Also, electrical shock hazards should be eliminated BEFORE touching a patient suffering from electrical shock injury. It is possible they are still being shocked and, if so, touching them to perform CPR coul make you (the rescuer) another victim via conduction.
