Some of your information is outdated, wrong, or even nonsensical. The vast majority of it is good, great even, gets to point right away. For example, one of the test questions was about asking the patient if you could perform CPR. How would that work? If the situation is at the level of needing to initiate CPR, the patient cannot possibly provide such permission, which is why enacting CPR is performed on unconscious patients, not those who can respond to you, and is legally mandated under implied consent which, in the case of CPR is not actionable by the provided if a legally valid DNR is available. This and some of the other terms used and small things should be changed.
