Videos did not seem to have any sound. This made the training a very boring approach to learning something so necessary and vital to our survival and many different careers. It was all reading. If it were broken up between engaging videos and reading, it would be much more efficient and memorable.

The instructional modules could be improved by incorporating more images such as how an AED or a Defibrillation look, or more instructional videos with sounds. YouTube actually offers a more detailed tutorial than your course. You could improve this more by actually making it more interactive. Other than that, your module is a summary and your tests is manageable and quick. I would recommend this site for those who want to renew their certificate, but for beginners and starting to di their toes on this to save a life, I would suggest to go get it somewhere else because they put more effort in going through more intructional details, auditory and visual materials. Overall, thanks for the "discount".
