This quick course is a great refresher for renewing CPR/First Aid. I would recommend if you need it because your previous certificate expired. If its a first time experience in getting certified an in person class is better so you can get great in person demonstration and practice.

I really appreciate this option. Through various companies, I’ve completed CPR and First Aid training six or seven times, so I’m very familiar with the material. This course was especially convenient because it was faster-paced than the others and allowed me to complete it from the comfort of my home. I truly enjoyed the experience.
