The only thing I have had a good experience with is the ease and convenience of taking the exam. I have ordered a copy of my certificate twice so far and paid the 5$ for it and did not receive it in the mail either time. I need the hard copy for my job and have not been able to provide it. It's frustrating to pay for something even once and not get it. Let al one p a Ying twice and not getting it.
