I receives a laminated hard copy & Keychain card for first aid but not for my cpr. Can this be sent to my address on file please? Otherwise, the site was user friendly, easy to navigate and provided a great experience.

I have already completed an in-person CPR training before, so this made sense to me. However, if it was my first time I would have had trouble decoding some of the vocabulary used. Maybe make it simpler?
