I loved being able to print the documents so I can read and highlight important details. Videos are great but I personally do not retain all the appropriate information from them. I like having a book or a template to review.

CPR classes frequently change :now from ABCs to CABs . It should be taught in the summary or outline form and then later have the details/explanations, etc. Example: Adult, no witnesses, 1) do this, 2 do this, 3 do this , 4) do this. This is how people will remember .
