A great refresher, and easy process. The cost is excellent, especially since I have been certified multiple times since high school. It was great not to have to spend a lot of time and money on recertifying.

I liked the fact that this is online and immediate. The content is very detailed. I would like to see more assessment questions in place to strengthen the knowledge expectation of the test taker. 10 questions were a bit too easy.
