Some instructions were a bit confusing; I re-read several times b4 test. Option to go back & ck answers would be helpful; I accidentally went to checkout first & never got to see which one I missed. Used this 2 years ago for same purpose is how I heard about you; you don't offer that choice for the question below.

Certification process was good and coved the information very well. However they DO NOT send a physical card or certificate to you, only one to be downloaded. The advertisement that one will be sent is false and there is no way to contact this company. Look elsewhere if you need an official document and not just a downloaded one.
