Easy, fairly clear for someone who has been through 6 years of in-person whole faculty first aid instruction with hands-on practice on rescusci-Annie type dolls. Some spelling and typos are hard for teachers to stomach; this reduces your credibility in my eyes. I wish the videos had audio.
