All in all, it was a fine experience for an online only training. The text has some grammatical errors. Formatting could be a bit cleaner. Perhaps better use of bullet pointed lists. All in all though, as a refresher for someone who has gone through this training before. It was everything I was hoping for and expected.

Horrible course! Many assumptions made on the part of the author that all readers are familiar with terminology or medical practices and "Universal Precautions". Many spelling errors or incorrect word usage. Edit your course before charging people to take it!
