While the online information was good, I have done in person training in the past. I found it beneficial to practice on the dummy the with trained personnel there to offer feedback. Also I would rate my confidence level at about 70% even though my test score was 100. I think that the test needs to be more thorough. I very much appreciate how quickly I was able to get my results and print the card for perspective employers.
