Instructions were thoroughly written. As someone who previously had CPR / AED certification for the past 10+ years, this online course was helpful. However, I would still encourage people certifying for the first time to take an in-person course.

I took the CPR/AED/First Aid recertification. The review of each category was detailed, comprehensive and thorough. The exam tested your knowledge of each subject area. Once you pass the exam you get your certification downloaded immediately and a card follows in the mail. I really appreciated getting recertification credentials right away.
