Overall, my experience was good. Two things to improve: 1) medical terms that are technical should be avoided for lay persons taking first aid; use language that is clear to a lay person taking first aid, and 2) word vocabulary and grammar in the later part of the course seem to have been translated from a foreign language (eg. bleeding immensely instead of bleeding profusely).
